Last time I went thru TX I never got no bill for toll roads. I did have my OK pike pass.
They had signs up oklahoma pikepass worked, But, never got a ticket and it did not show up on my bill.
Just my 2¢ <- notice the proper symbol. shift 4 = $, option 4 = ¢ on my Mac keyboard.
