Have you looked at an auto upholstery shop for your Corbeaus? Maybe one of those shops can also mod your seats for the anti-sub belt hole. If you generally like the seats, maybe this is the way to go. I dunno. I used to have Recaro Pole Positions in Leather in my old '73E-2.7RS-spec hotrod / faux racecar. My wife and I did a road trip in the '73E, from DC to WY, down to NM, and back to DC. We both felt that the Recaros were very comfortable. YMMV

The seats are actually form a Dodge Stealth and those are the ones I am going to take in to the place doing the dash and door cards to get a quote on covering them and adding hte slot. They are comfy, but old and heavy and I was looking at buying new Corbeaus because they are in my price range and come in the color I need. Recaros are usually pretty comfy and I actually looked at those when I first bought the car. At the time, the ones I wanted were $1500 per seat but they have come down a lot since then and probably because of better competition in the market. I rode in one set though that had very narrow bolsters by your shoulders. They were NOT comfortable.
Now that you mention it, napalm would probably improve some of the tollways.
