My dash has satellite speakers and then the woofers are between the seats ala Dodge Viper. My BiL suggested Miata seats as well as seats from a Fiero for the same reasons, the headrest speakers. Back in 1994 they weren't as common in salvage yards.

Original style 427 Cobra seats are less than comfortable and have no whiplash protection. The stealth seats are comfy, but don't travel back as far as I would like. I have a friend and I was feeling ornery and tossed him the keys one day. He could either use the clutch or close the door, not both because he is 6'6" and the hinges intrude into the knee space. Had the seats gone back a little more, he could have driven it. Well, I wouldn't have given him the keys, but physically it could have worked for him.
