I see that McLaren is going to build a new wind tunnel at Woking, and that they have been using Toyota's wind tunnel at Cologne, Germany.

What happened to their wind tunnel at the McLaren headquarters? It was supposed to use the water from the pond for cooling, etc etc. Did it break? Is it obsolete?
And it seems that the wind tunnel data from the Toyota facility has been their big problem over the past few years. I can see why they would need their own, perhaps because setting up the shared wind tunnel and calibrating things to their software is at the core of their development failures?
