I grew up in a town of 1100 people. We had a bunch of muscle cars, old 'vettes and such but when I bough my Cobra replica another guy in town bought one. His was the LWB version though. There was another longhood in town also.
Just up the road there is a guy that has a few exotics. An LM-002, and RS 200, the more common F and L cars. Saw a really nice early 70s 365/GTS. Sounded really nice as well.
Another guy in a neighboring town has a car he is building for the standing mile thing in Texas. Right now he said it is only at 3000hp. Local guy is doing the motor as well. That local guy does heads for Rousch and also does tractors for pulling. The other sort of local guy that did my heads for the Cobra has done a couple engines for guys in Guinness for speed records.
