It's rapidly starting to look like the issue is primarily "Lewis Hamilton at the top of his art". And that is coming from a decidedly non-Hamilton fan. Doesn't help he has the best car, but not by that much, methink. Bottas was almost caught by Leclerc and Ferrari would have won 2 races this year without screw ups. Sure Hamilton has ups and downs every season, I think he gets bored of being so much better than the rest, but the guy can pull a pole lap out of hat anytime he needs to.

Vettel seems broken / lackadaisical/ ready to retire, Young Leclerc is still maturing, Alonso is gone, Verstappen's Honda is shy a few MPH, what miracle are we expecting every other weekend exactly? I enjoyed the race a lot actually - oh not the F1 one, the Indycar one. I think we can turn F1 off for the rest of the season honestly.

Predictions:
Binotto gets demoted back to the engine dept before long.
Steiner gets the boot along with at least Grosjean next year
Kimi gets tired of fighting for a 6th place and retires end of year
Gasly gets demoted to Toro Rosso in a race or 2, and Albon gets brought up (and nothing changes, Gasly does well at TR and Albon poorly at Redbull in the Verstappen special)
McLaren scores a lucky podium before year end following a Ferrari/Mercedes/Redbull crash ;-)
Alonso returns to Ferrari next year.

Just trying to make it interesting. The on-track stuff is not.
You guys watching indy? That Rossi guy !
