Yep. Most lawsuits end up costing more than their value, meaning you could spend more than what the underlying car is worth in legal fees. Our wonderful civil justice system wasn't designed for justice, if it we’re it’d be far more efficient than it is. There’s not much civil about it, nor is there much justice offered in any of its verdicts.
