My girlfriend is a high end litigator who specializes in Med Mal. She's been at it a long time and might as well be an MD too. All I'll say is like anything else, it has its advantages and its disadvantages.
Was interesting as she was admitted to a hospital last month which she had sued successfully a number of times.
