I don't see any oil on the ground, and when under the car I don't see any smoke at all. It's only visible from above the engine. It definitely smells like oil burning, though, so it seems like that has to be it.
Not an overfill, I thought that could be it too, but measuring the oil it shows correct on the dipstick.
