ok, thanks guys. I think i also need to find a new shop, as that when it was the clutch he also told me that it was the tranny.

another question, too. For some reason, before the whole lack of movement thing started, it would kinda hesitate and sputter at around 3500 rpms. I thought it might be a fuel problem, so i replaced the fuel pump and filter. This didt help. So then i thought it might be electrical, so i replaced all the wires and plugs. nadda. So now im in a bit of a dilemma. The only two other problems i can think that might cause this could be an oxygen sensor or maybe even something like a vaccum hose?

anyway, in case you havent picked up on it, im not much of a mechanic...i just know a lil' bit of the basics that i've picked up here and there.
