Meditation is surprisingly powerful, assuming you devote the necessary time to it. As is doing a periodic assessment of how you are structuring your life. Even though it sounds like you have a job that works out well for you, it is nonetheless a difficult thing to live sale-by-sale, week to week. There is intrinsic stress in that, week in and week out, even when it works out OK.
Anxiety is a killer. I'd seek out professional help if the recommendations in this thread don't work.
