Seem to recall the owner had recently purchased as in within a year or two. Some speculation PO had some knowledge that the cliff was separating and GTFO while he could. New owner also was not covered because they intentionally torched the house or something like that.

Around here that's a hidden defect in real estate... and grounds for a reversal of sale/refund.
