I haven't been a bar regular in a long time, but in my yoot there was a place I visited every night. They sold a beer glass of BV Chablis for $1. When I walked in Mathew (the bar tender) would ask "Dollar's worth of regular?"
(That may not make sense to the youngsters here. You see, there was a time when you could pull into a gas station and as the attendant to pump a dollar's worth of regular gas in your tank - and you'd get 3-4 gallons!)
