Earlier in the episode some chick asks Hank how he likes her down under. He says is looks fine she explains she had vaginoplasty... he was perplexed as to why a woman would do that.

All of this mutilation, I call it turning into an LA cat, seems to start with LA and spread across the US as impressionable woman copy the Hollywood Stars.
