Pad Thai:
Soak noodles in very hot water 25min until al dente.
Meanwhile chop garlic chicken and spice w/thai curry powder. Shrimp with cilantro.
Mix peanut butter, fish sos, coconut milk and curry paste. I should have added brown sugar.
Fry separately in peanut oil then add sos noodles and lime juice before serving.
Finish with Sriracha and peanuts garnish.
