The sunroof mechanism appears to a definite weak design on our cars; I've toyed with the mechanism so many times over seven years to finally get the system 100% just this past week. Continually adjusting the microswitches, breaking several microswitches (@ $15/ea.) replacing motor/clutch assemblies, chasing down screwy wiring can make a guy/gal go mad!
