Video two in the truck looks like a shoot out with cops maybe after a high speed chase? If you are the two in the back seat I guess all you can do is huddle on the floor? Not many options in that one.

Video two is clearly labeled and it's the roadblock shooting of the people who took over the wildlife refuge in Oregon, extreme right wing anti-government people. There is other video of that shooting that has been widely disseminated from the outside POV. The driver was armed and made some motions w his hands after they told him to keep them in the air, so he got smoked. No one else was shot,
AFAIK.
In the first video, the driver of that PU truck should have high-tailed it out of there at the first shot. Not sure what his problem was.
