That thought crossed my mind too, but, on replay, it was pretty obviously a lockup caused by late braking. Not my first choice for staging an accident.
Indy continues to provide great racing and interesting politics. I wonder who Rossi will sign with? Chip might dig deep to put him on the team with Dixon--arguably the two best drivers out there. I'd love to see that happen, but I'd also like to see him stay with Andretti to spread the talent around. Hard to see the Captain (Penske, not Ahab) kicking any of his drivers off the team--Pagenaud's having a career year, Power won Indy in 2018, and Newgarden is leading in points.
