186k is nothing if its been looked after. Some SC motors have been known to clock 300k + without a re build
I'd be checking the mechanical history closely, esp head studs, but otherwise looks like an ideal candidate.
If the sport seats are factory pre 80, which they look like, then they are highly de$irable.
Cars are not investments, or things to polish, or things to bore people at cars and coffee with.They are for driving.
