A co-worker, who also held a PE licence, was moonlighting with another company, and falsifying records.. When everything unfolded, he was fired from company we worked for, and he was eventually convicted of numerous fraud charges..
The state pulled his licence... for two years...
From what I understand, he is working.... but is toxic...
I think being caught in a rub and tug hap ending place would be way less offensive and wrong that a guy who purposely reported false lab results
