Update on Calif emissions please.
Did the 30 yr rule pass? IE 2019-30 =
Can I send my 79 SC out to calif for my son,w/o the emissions restrictions/certification ?
It is a smog,a/c delete car,with DC21 cams and ssi's ,currently registered as a classic in Penciltucky.
