84 911 "floating idle"
I have an 84 3.2 - my problem is a "floating idle" - on start up the idles floats from 100 rpms to 1200. Use to do it for a minute or so, now almost continuous. At some points, it shuts down completely and I have to re-start. Seems to not matter how long the car has been running. Just replaced the total ignition key module, at least now I can re-start it.
Any suggestions on where to start? Car has just over 60k on it.
