85.5 Crank, No-Start, need more ideas
I have been chasing this issue since buying the car last Fall. The only way the car would start initially was 50amp setting on charger.
I have since gone through and restored and rebuilt the top end, full tune up, hoses etc. The engine fired perfectly on first crank. I drove the car around
for a few minutes and allowed to idle while I rinsed off the shop dust. The gngine quit soon after. I have verified timing belts/pulleys are still in place and not jumped.
I have perfect fuel pressure, spark, new ref sensors and harness etc.
The injcetor noid light begins to glow after 2-3 seconds of cranking and lightly pulses as cranking continues. I am suspect of the injector driver in DME.
