At the time factory replacement P&Cs were readily available and it was very common to update the T engines to something more than the 110hp stock. You will also want to look at the engine case. Early ones were still aluminum, but later production was the first magnesium case 2l engines they produced. Getting the engine type number and serial number would solve all the mystery here. Weber carbs I assume?
