Anyone who was (or still is) all-in on in the Russia collusion/hacking hoax is the one being played.
There were communications between Rich and Assange. This has been corroborated by several sources, including Rich's brother and parents.
There was also a FOIA request (NSA) confirming that documents exist relating to the Rich/Assange connection, but could not be released due to Secret/Classified status.
There are also a few interesting WikiLeaks emails from the DNC camp (namely Podesta) citing internal leaks (and a desire to "make an example" out of the leakers).
