There are other cars that used D-jet fuel injection. Their injector boots are compatible. For instance, I believe the injector boots (or ones that were close enough to use) were available from Volvo.
You might ask Jeff Bowlsby about the boots. He replaces them when he rebuilds the FI wiring harnesses.
