I don't know if you will understand me well so there goes! A few weeks ago I did that process! Help me only from a very simple jack bought in one of these typical stores ... The important thing, if you have already accomplished everything, is to align the transmission and the engine well. It was what cost me the most and there I asked my brother for help! It is complicated being a person and only having a cat because when the engine lowers a little without having decoupled the transmission, the "Transmission supports" may make a little force and that makes it difficult for you to separate them. When it is well aligned you will know it because it comes out almost alone! Likewise, have you removed the screw that is left once "the engine is lowered"? Or did you remove it from below?
