It's water off a ducks back if the insurance decides not to pursue him... I will still prolly follow up with his CoC for some
accountablity. I do not have the time, nor harbor the desire to sue. I would like to haze the **** out of him for being a dirt bag. But beyond that. What's the point.
I agree with you completely. It's a gray area, and I honestly do not know where I stand myself. I try to think of it as a person stepping in front of a train at the subway. Nothing the train can do, but that person decided to do something stupid...
