I wish I built 30x24 minimum....
I have 9" ceilings.
I wish that I had 12 foot ceilings for a decent lift.
Since the 911 has left the building, there seems to be a lot of crap that mysteriously filled the vacuum.... I guess it is true, nature abhors a vacuum.
