FYI, on one of my not so good runs up at the local drag strip, I remembered to arm the g-tech at the same time I was at the staging lights. I will just quote myself from an old post I made the night I went up to the drags...
"On the last run I did, I remembered to turn on the g-tech, and for all you wondering, I ran a 14.35, and the g-tech ran a 14.22 (1/10 of a second accuracy, as per their comercial), and my trap speed of 100.9 MPH showed on the g-tech as 107.2 MPH, but in the g-tech's fairness it takes the instantaneous speed at the end of the 1/4 mile, while at the drag strip it is averaged over your last 100 feet or so."
So there...that is about how accurate the g-tech is. It was perfectly leveled too IIRC.
