Adjusted A/F mixture, my dad did something to it, it idles at 1K all the time, and runs lean at idle or something.

Entire fuel system = New, not all OEM either
-All the electrical stuff had to be replaced along w/ the speed censors, the spark wires/spark plugs, and dist. cap aren't OEM but I don't think they're like super performance or anything either.
