Captain Obvious but full grain leather is a natural product that is never perfect.
The plastic coated leather they use in modern cars is a compromise between aesthetics and durability.

Why not post a good photo so we can see what you're dealing with?

1. There are really good products that will fill the cracks & fully restore the surface but it will never be as durable as new from the factory.
2. If it's a low mileage car that you intend to keep I'd suggest buying new covers from Lexus. Expensive but the best long term solution.
