I have lots of friends up that way. West Melbourne you might get a good ass kicking but no flooding from the ocean, maybe from the rain though.
You have a whole house Genny? I do too and that does factor into my decision to stay put.
I will post pics this weekend, I am also behind a hill, the wind out of the east goes right over my house.
