One of the nice things about SKS rifles is that the stock can be replaced for a reasonable price. I would not pay extra for the trench art, just the going price. I bought an SKS short rifle once that had a broken stock and damaged magazine. Paid $125 OTD for it, took it home and stuck the action in a spare stock and threw away the ten round mag. Used a removeable 30 round mag (also a previously bought spare!). It turned out to be a really good shooting rifle!
