10.32@154 mph.
That mph is in the mid to low 9 sec range for a proper drag car but without a launch and good 60 ft time it would never run close to that et. The car is obviously purpose built and is definitely bad ass and a handful in that run, it wants to cross that center line something fierce as it just just keeps torquing to the left.
Curious what your 60 ft time was as it looked even slower than mine in the 74, thinking at at least 2.0
Also curious about the cool drag wheels on the frt, the rims look to be an aluminium spare wheel for a 964. What type of tire were you using in the frt.
I tend to agree with the naysayers i have encountered in the past that say the 911's are not MADE for drag racing but immediately point out that they were not made to sit in a garage with a cover on it either but way more owners do that than go out and test the performance of there porsche. (I am way guilty of that myself)
Road race, Endurance race, (24hr Lemans) Auto- x, Touring, Desert race, (Paris-Dakar), Cross country road trip, (Rennsport Reuinon) Night out with the wife, and yes DRAG RACING, a porsche 911 is not only a jack of all trades but has Mastered them all too and you will always be smiling. Any body ever hear of a guy named Bellos LOL
