[Ascaris]

I haven't had a chance to spend enough time playing with it, but that's been my guess too. However, the amount of freeplay you have with where the hinges mount isn't much and I just don't think it is enough to get them down all the way. I had to play a bit with it to make everything align and fit without banging into the hood or the small lower cover pieces when it opened and closed.

It seems like I have the headlight buckets positioned correctly, just that the stroke on the drive arm from the motor isn't short enough at it's shortest point of the cycle. At the longest point (headlights open)everthing lines up great and they hit the adjustable stops exactly like they did orignially. I'll just keep playing I guess.
