Model Factory Hiro makes some pretty awesome stuff. Their build-able models look have an amazing amount of detail and there's a bunch of metal parts on them. I only see the 911 RSR Turbo on their site at the moment, but they have 917/20 Pink Pig and a whole bunch of other cool cars and race cars. Looks like the full detail kits range around $700-$800 for their full detail kit.
