If the ticket has a hearing date/time stated, first thing to do is call the court/clerk to confirm the date/time actually exists. If it doesn’t exist, after confirming the date/time were not administratively adjourned to some other date/time, I would toss ticket in trash. If it does exist, how you proceed depends on how much $ you want to spend and time you want to devote to this
