Absolutely. As a hard core fan since the 1960's, I'm well aware of the classes on offer. I even raced myself for almost ten years from the late '70's through the late '80's.
Pro Stock was always meant to exemplify the pinnacle of what could be done when starting with a "stock" platform. The NHRA has so completely lost sight of that that they should either rename the class, or substantially reel it back in. The cars competing today are more properly "gasser" or "modified" class cars.
