I'm not immune to judging nor being so, but to judge the free expression of many of Man's best qualities seems really quite odd to me. I don't get it.

Years ago, I had a manager that almost any time anyone asked him how he was, his answer would be "Fantastic," "Outstanding," etc..., and he sold it with a huge smile. After working with him for a while, it struck me, he changed the attitudes of everyone within ear shot whenever he did that. I liked it and the results and have tried to have the same attitude, and I think I've had a similar effect.
