NASCAR is much like the GOV, they are regulating themselves to death, in fact to the point I think they are losing fans.
take the big tracks. they cant even get out of line much less pass. anytime one got out of line they went backwards. that's no fun to watch or to drive.
I like the small tracks.
went to Bristol and darlington this year. also went up to bowman grey. now if you want redneck racing at its finest THAT is the place to go. planning on hitting a few in Virginia next year.
if they can run flat out around the track then they need to change the rules.
my father in law gave me his old race car. late model. been hitting the local tracks this year. got 3 within an hour and a half.
even at my level its ridiculous. there are full on "built" race cars, probably $100k cars. I am not even sure they have the original front clip.
my car was built from the full chassis of an old chevelle, not just the front clip.
