Question about Arizona titles
Hello everyone,
I am contemplating a car from AZ. I know that owner's signature to release interest on title has to be notarized but my question is: does buyer have to be present to sign as well? I'm planning to have the car shipped to me so don't really need to be there.
Logic would dictate that only owner's signature needs to be notarized but thought I'd check here 1st.
