If the outreach fails, is there a culture mismatch issue here ? The PCA has to be engaging the younger enthusiasts and not just the wine and cheese, country club $100K+ car crowd.
Still, it doesn't sound like a money problem given some of the builds there (pics in the second link). The guy doing this might find an aircooled 911 or 930 highly interesting, especially the Kermit the frog specimen from another thread !
