I also have a fiberglass stick model that bolts to the side of the trunk using an existing hole and has a magnetic cup for the stick to rest in when open. Works fine, can't recall who sells/sold them though.

I just wanted to jump in here and clear up any mis-information. This part was designed completely in house by our engineers. The only inspiration we took was from a Bic pen
If there is a similar product out there we would love to see it as we did not mean to step on any toes!
