Saw this ad last weekend right after it posted. Texted the guy, introduced myself and mentioned my LR 109 and while I'm not in the market for another, I'd like to come see it.
Went this morning. Yowza, it's really, really nice. Did all the work himself. Since the ad has been up he's gotten lots of comments but no serious lookers.
Gets a lot of nay-sayers about the right hand drive. Could be the key reason it hasn't moved yet.
The engine is a 2.5 diesel block, but with gas pistons and the 2.25 head running on gas. It's so dang quiet, and really scoots along.
The overdrive will be a MUST for mine.
And to me, the price is really attractive. He knows about all the usual LR sites and forums including BAT.
Spread the word, this is such a sweet truck.
