Been reading google since yesterday. I just don’t think he is irritated or infected. I could be wrong and will check his ears

He has always had this almost involuntary thing going on with his back legs since we got him at a few months old. Does it without touching him. Recently he does it constantly and if I touch him which would suggest either something neurological or a skin irritation/illness.....it’s like he is trying to scratch but really just ends up thumping the floor with his feet

He can’t reach his neck to further irritate it

I’m hoping it’s just an allergy
