I ALWAYS let the buyer make arrangements and get their own shipping quotes. I'll put it on a pallet or build a crate if the buyer pays for one. Then I'll forklift into the truck, take a picture and send it to the buyer. If you don't let the buyer handle shipping, you are taking responsibility all the way to the buyer's location. If anything goes wrong, it's on you, even though there's nothing you can do or controle.
