How long is your 'canoe'?
The ideal position for paddling is kneeling. (lower CoG) Your current set up does not allow anyone to kneel.
Can't get a cushier canoe than yours - cup holders?
Yeah, get a row boat, or, if you insist on using a trolling motor, get the bass boat.
