Finding out my 911 way of scrubbing speed and rotating the car by lift-throttle and hanging the tail out is completely useless in a Miata. May have to upgrade for the GT3, I need a more comfortable 38/62 balance.

That's a problem with the game physics or the setup of the car, because after having 2 miatas (3 really, '97 with stiffer suspension and 15x7, 2004 turbo with 15x8, and the missus had a '99 with 15x7.5) I can tell you that you absolutely can get throttle lift oversteer in a miata. A miata is more likely to catch itself once it's scrubbed some speed than a 911 which will end up going backwards, but it's still going to tighten or even slide. The first time I tried taking a corner extra hot and using the throttle to tighten the line, it got far more sideways than I expected until it scrubbed enough speed and then it jerked back in line so hard that I hit my head on the top at the top of the driver's side window. That was an educational experience.
