Greatness and Goodness?
I am very humble and modest as well.
One of the joys of owning an aircraft. We have a Lycoming fuel injected engine in our 182. Every 100 hours of engine time the FAA has
mandated that we have a certified A&P mechanic come and LOOK at the engine, and sign the log book. That is is it, just look at it to see if there are any fuel leaks. Like we are not smart enough to notice a fuel leak.
Of course it ain't leaking, and all is fine, but we get to pay a pro to come look. Really!
We "get" to pay for the 5 minutes it takes to take the engine cowling off, and then his careful gaze, then put the cowling back on.
